基本信息：

郑凯励（Kylie Cheng），威利奈思国际移民项目主管。她负责运营管理威利奈思国际的各类移民项目、人力资源部门和行政部门，带领威利奈思的行政精英团队经营品牌形象和维护公司内部的各项运作。Kylie致力于创造“威利奈思商业大家庭”的公司氛围，她时不时会邀请团队进行午餐或是下午茶会谈，鼓励大家相互分享自己的意见、看法并从中帮助员工们解决问题。

Kylie毕业于中山大学并取得了商务英语和经济学的双学士学位，之后又继续在美国得克萨斯州大学进修会计学硕士学位，毕业后在新泽西的一家会计师事务所任职会计师。近八年的美国工作与生活经验赋予了她出色的人际交往能力，她能够准确把握客户的需求，并引导团队为客户提供最优质的服务。

BIO:

As the Director of Administration at VeryNice, Kylie oversees the entire immigration projects, Human Resources Department and Administrative Team. She leads the strong staff team to deliver the vision and mission of VeryNice. She is also responsible for the HR function, ensuring VN is compliant with all regulatory requirements. But one of her priorities is to create the atmosphere of the “VeryNice Business Family”. She arranges meetings with her staffs regularly for lunch or coffee and encourages them to share any positive or negative experiences so that she can help them in their day to day responsibilities. Prior to joining VeryNice she was the administration manager in a transnational company in New Jersey. And before that she was an accountant at a CPA firm. All of these have had a contribution into the development of her management and communication skills that she has learnt along the way.
