索硕（Sonny Suo），威利奈思国际中国区联合创始人，资深美国移民专家。美国得克萨斯州大学电器工程硕士，毕业后加入威利奈思国际位于得克萨斯州达拉斯市的事务所，随后又取得达拉斯浸会大学管理学硕士学位，于二零一五年参与设立北美休斯顿分部，二零一六年牵头组建中国联络处，之后成立威利奈思国际中国分部。多年来Sonny在美国移民领域的成绩有目共睹，他亲自参与各类型移民案件数百件，累计帮助近千名客户成功移民美国。

Sonny对于移民事务有着自己独到的见解，由他所创立的“两步十六要素”评估方案是威利奈思国际相关移民案件成功率至今保持百分之百的重要原因。他认为“移民并非一成不变，美国移民受政党执政、国内形势等因素影响而始终处在变化当中”。作为移民服务机构不但要了解最新的各类移民排期情况，更要了解最新的移民法律、最新的移民官审核方式以及最新的移民案件判例，这样才能持续保证高质量的服务，达成客户移民美国的梦想。

BIO:

Sonny Suo is a senior immigration expert and one of the Co-founders of VeryNice (Guangzhou) International Business Consulting Company. He joined the VeryNice law firm at Dallas, Texas in 2012 after received his master’s degree in E.E. from University of Texas at Dallas. Then he achieved his M.A. in management from Dallas Baptist University. Sonny became one of the important crew members for the set-up of the Houston branch in 2015. In 2016, Sonny led the buildup of VeryNice International, the branch in China region. During the years in the law firm, Sonny has been so into those immigration cases and has helped thousands of clients landed in the U.S. Sonny has his specific view towards immigration. The unique VN evaluation method that Sonny created is the key for VeryNice to keep a hundred percent success rate on immigration cases. Sonny also keeps the firm and our clients up-to-date on the latest immigration legislation and interview changes.
